The Tasting
A two-week paid engagement where we look at your data, your use case, and tell you honestly what you actually need — a custom model, a fine-tune, a retrieval setup, or just better prompting. You leave with a written recommendation and a fixed-price scope for whatever comes next, even if it's not us.

The Sourdough
Four to eight weeks. We take a base model, fine-tune it on your data, build the inference pipeline, and hand you the artifacts. A finished package, fixed price, yours to keep.

The Custom Loaf
Two to six months. A model trained from scratch on your domain, sized for your problem, running where you choose. The kind of work almost nobody else will quote for, and the only way to truly own the cognition in your product.

Who's behind this
I'm Fredrik. I've spent years writing books about how transformers, reinforcement learning agents, and diffusion models actually work — not the API calls, the math underneath. The books are called TinyFormer, TinyClaw, and TinyRL (in progress), and they're built around from-scratch implementations you can read end to end.
Bageriet is what happens when that work meets real client problems. Most AI shops assemble pre-made parts. We make the parts. That's slower and sometimes more expensive — but the result is a model you own, sized for your problem, that costs less to run than the API you're replacing.
